Welcome to Gertrude Pearlman Theatre | Ensenada Performing Arts
Nestled along the stunning coastline of Punta Banda in Ensenada, the Gertrude Pearlman Theatre offers a unique cross-border Fringe experience where art meets ocean air. Located within the vibrant La Joya Beach Camp community, this intimate venue blends rustic charm with creative energy, providing an inspiring setting for bold, independent performance.
With a capacity of approximately 100 seats, the space is ideal for theatre, storytelling, music, and experimental works that thrive on close connection between artists and audiences. The venue’s relaxed, coastal atmosphere invites both performers and attendees to step outside the traditional theatre environment and engage in something truly memorable.
As part of the San Diego International Fringe Festival, the Gertrude Pearlman Theatre serves as a cultural bridge between the U.S. and Mexico—celebrating international voices, local community, and the spirit of open-access performance.
